The protocol is made of three layers. Let's reveal them together, one by one.

כשאתה לא בטוח במשהו — אמור ״אני לא בטוח״ או ״אני לא יודע״. לעולם אל תמציא מידע ותציג אותו כעובדהWhen you're not sure about something — say "I'm not sure" or "I don't know". Never make up information and present it as fact
